DESCRIPTION:Time for the annual cleanup of Townsend Trail\, which is an eight tenth of a mile trail running through the woods between Wheeler High School and Sope Creek. When: Sat June 28\, 830a-1030am (at the latest\, hopefully earlier)Where: Gravel parking lot where Sope Creek runs under Holt Road (south of Wheeler HS)Who: You and friends and family (more people\, done faster)What we're doing: Trimming the branches and brush that has grown into the trail area over the last year. Bring if you have: Hedge trimmers are the ideal tool\, but loppers and pruning tools also work\, and weed whackers could be useful. There will be work for those without tools to pick up the trimmed branches and brush and toss it out of the trail path.
