Kennesaw Mountain High School is inviting NCRC to participate in their Character Education program. North Metro Church can set up a tutorial for all Rotarians interested in learning the program. We use Tim Elmore’s Growing Leaders program. The program provides the script, the videos, and the worksheets. The lesson plan is well thought out and easy to present.
Can have 15 people participate. Teacher will remain in the room to maintain order, but volunteer will "teach" the lesson.
Three dates: Feb. 7, Mar. 6, and April 10, 11:11-11:56. Arrive at KMHS by 10:40 in order to sign in.
Feb 7th, First lesson, but if anyone wants to just observe this day, they can start in March
March 6th Second lesson. We can teach this day or observe a business partner presenting the program.
April 10th Third lesson, and we can teach this day.
Next year (2024-25 school year) those who want a class we will get a freshman class to stay with till they graduate. Building relationships for future leaders.
