They are self-pay and take most insurances. They have a wellness program. They work with physicians, neurologist, dentist, workman’s compensation, personal injury, athletes, and chiropractors. They provide one on one type therapy, no an open gym style. Location is 110 Evans Mill Drive, Suite 206, Dallas, GA 30157 (across from Hardy Chevrolet. They are opened 8 to 5 Monday through Friday.
