Executive Director Donnis Steele was raised in a pastor’s home in the inner-city of Chicago, which ministered to broken and rejected families and children who had experienced abuse, addictions, and homelessness. He was involved in the foster care system for most of his life due to his parents fostering 75 young men over the years. For the past several years he has been working with at risk children to provide a safe and stable home environment through foster homes and group homes. After several years of seeing hundreds of children displaced from their families, the need to provide a stable and loving environment is very clear. “I am excited to join the Mt. Top team to continue building on the strong foundation that has been laid.”
