The Partnership for Innovation (PIN) team will share about their Tech-Based Economic Development and their organization. PIN is involved with the launch the InvestTVL loan fund to provide low-interest access to capital to SPARK entrepreneurs (SPARK Fund) and quality workforce housing developers (Developers Fund). Thomasville Police Dept also is applying to do a study with PIN.
