Ladisa Onyiliogwu will be discussing senior programs post COVID. This will be a virtual meeting.
On Monday, June 1, at 12:00 PM EST, Ladisa Onyiliogwu will be addressing the Rotary Club of Sandy Springs.
Ladisa is the Director for the Department of Senior Services and possesses over 15 years of leadership experience in the public and nonprofit sectors. She brings an ability to transform concepts into a reality while leading positive, cultural changes within organizations. During her tenure with the county in various capacities, she has led pivotal strategic planning efforts, created process improvement frameworks for multiple departments and has garnered a reputation for simplifying complex issues. Prior to this role, she served as Deputy Director for the Department of Senior Services which operates four senior multipurpose facilities, 15 neighborhood senior centers, 4 adult day health programs, home delivered meals, in home services, mobility options and case management. Ladisa leads over 120 employees, manages a $24 million budget and employs internal systems that will ensure the organizational and performance health of the Department.
Ladisa has definite resolve that her purpose is to serve others through the platform of government. Her career trajectory supports this purpose and positions her to gain more knowledge about systems and policies that benefit and influence the good of society. Ladisa is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University, a Certified Public Manager and Six Sigma Green Belt.
She is a RCMAR advisory committee member (Resource Center for Minority Aging Research) and Co-Chair for the 2020 Aging in America Conference, March 24 -27 in Atlanta.
This Sandy Springs Rotary Club meeting will be virtually hosted on ZOOM. We will NOT be physically meeting at the Hilton.
