This past November, Eastern Tennessee experienced the worst
wildfire disasters in over a century. In all, 12 people died, more than 80
people were injured, and over 1000 buildings were either damaged or destroyed.
The raging fire forced more than 14,000 fleeing from the resort towns of
Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge alone. Roswell Rotary donated $1,000 for support of relief efforts.
