The Rotary Club of Carrollton participates with West Georgia Technical College by donating scholarship funds each year. With workforce development being a major focus for our communities and economic development becoming more important, our Rotary Club has taken a more hands-on approach to providing resources for local individuals to continue their education and develop the skills needed to bring more value to their lives.
