Inspired by "Shark Tank," this project involves Rotarians mentoring and reviewing business plans for entrepreneurs (often international, such as from Zambia). Members provide feedback and support to help these small businesses succeed. The entrepreneurs present their business plans to Rotarians and at the end of the event, the Club votes on which business they will offer a business loan to.
