Abstract: Kent Wessenger of Athens spoke on how Millennials are impacting our economy and our workforce in the U.S. and globally. The Millennials have now surpassed all other generations in numbers, and Wessenger suggests that we need to understand what motivates this generation and embrace them in all aspects of work, politics, and more.
