Abstract: Tom Gardner presided over his first meeting of the Rotary Club of Griffin as Club President. Our program was presented by Clint Waltz, a turfgrass specialist with UGA's Turfgrass Program. Waltz spoke on the turf program at UGA and the economic and environmental impacts the program contributes through Georgia's turf industry.
