Abstract: Jennifer Herring and Brad Bryant with the Georgia Student Finance Commission spoke on the REACH Scholarship Program which began in 2012 with only 3 school districts. This fall, 103 districts (including Griffin-Spalding) will be participating. Dr. Tommy Hopkins, Chair of the USG Board of Regents, introduced the five 8th graders from the local system who will be participating.
