Dr. King is a Viral Hepatitis Expert/Epidemiologist with more than 20 years of federal government experience. In her current role she oversees the branch’s day to day business operations and conducts research among racial and ethnic minorities, women, and other populations disproportionately affected by HIV/AIDS and viral hepatitis. From 2003-2011, Dr. King was instrumental in assisting state and local health departments to integrate viral hepatitis prevention services in HIV counseling and testing sites, STD clinics, and correctional facilities across America.
