District Govern Kirk Driskell comes to Thomasville this week!
We will be hosting a reception on Wednesday, October 28 from 6-8 pm at the Business Exchange (5th floor). and Governor Driskell will be our speaker at Thursday's meeting.
Kirk joined the Alpharetta Rotary Club, following in the footsteps of his father, Ken Driskell, who was a charter member and past president of the club. Kirk served as his Club’s President in 2015-2016. Prior to serving as Club President, he served in multiple club leadership roles and was honored to receive both, “Rookie of the Year” and “Rotarian of the Year” awards. He has served on multiple International service trips and local community service projects. MORE
Hello Rotary Club of Thomasville. Meeting attendance is averaging around sixty members each week. Last week there were forty at the Plaza and twenty-four on Zoom. As we journey back to more favorable circumstances, President John Brown continues to remind us that Rotary Opens Opportunities. Even with the present distress we are presented with opportunities to make a difference in our community and the world. MORE
