RI Convention
Greetings from Houston!

Jackie Cuthbert, Lorri Christopher, Marycarol and I are enjoying the Rotary International Convention in Houston, Texas this week. It is an experience you should all plan for at some time in your Rotary experience! Many of you have attended before; many of us worked the convention in Atlanta in 2017, so you know what it’s like.

We have had great fun meeting people from all around the world and getting new ideas about how we can make a difference in the world! We’re bringing back info about next year’s convention in Melbourne, Australia! Jackie and Lorri have already signed up!

Rotary Year-End Celebration

You and your partner are invited to our year-end celebration at the Dunwoody Country Club on Thursday, June 16, to celebrate all we have accomplished in President Carter Stout's year and welcome in Jennifer Shumway and her corps of officers and directors. Enjoy food, beverages and fellowship starting at 5:30 pm, and help us honor Rotarians who helped make our year more special - as Carter announces his Rotarian of the Year and Rookie of the Year choices along with other awards.

Register for the event now through the Dunwoody Rotary website calendar.

Join the July 4 Celebration!
We Want YOU for Dunwoody's July 4 Celebration!

Just imagine ... Parades, hot dogs, balloons, time with best friends - what more could you ask for your daytime Fourth of July celebration! And the best thing is ... it's all happening in Dunwoody. Join your Family of Rotary for the parade and our hot dog/baked goods booth. There's a place for everyone - even if that's just watching the parade and buying a hot dog or two at our booth.

Kobelah will be heading up our hot dog stand, and Past Presidents Ardy and Jennie Stipick are are heading up our efforts for the parade. We need people to bake cookies and brownies for sale at the hot dog booth, and people to work the booth - be that set up, grilling, filling orders, collecting cash or helping with cleanup. For the parade, we'll need help decorating the float and blowing up balloons, and plenty of people to walk in the parade.

Imagine the fun you will have ... and our Dunwoody Rotary presence in the community!

Talk to Kobelah, Ardy, Jennie or Jennifer about how you can help.
