President Nancy's Message
**A Patriotic Presentation by John Albers** Our recent meeting was truly inspiring, as we were treated to a wonderful presentation from John Albers on the history of the Star-Spangled Banner. John’s knowledge and passion for this iconic symbol of American pride brought new life to the story behind our national anthem. From its origins during the War of 1812 to its role in uniting Americans through the years, John’s talk reminded us of the powerful meaning behind the words we often sing. Stay tuned, as we look forward to revealing some exciting news in the near future. We can't wait to share what's coming up next for Roswell Rotary! **Thursday Oct. 24 Upcoming Event: Breast Cancer Awareness Talk with Dr. McLaughlin** We are excited to announce that our next Roswell Rotary meeting will feature a special presentation by Dr. McLaughlin, a leading expert in breast cancer. Dr. McLaughlin will share the latest advances in breast cancer research, treatment options, and the importance of early detection. His knowledge and insights are sure to provide valuable information on this important topic. We will also be honoring some very special guests—breast cancer survivors—whose strength and resilience inspire us all. Their presence will serve as a reminder of the impact of our ongoing efforts to raise awareness and support those affected by this disease. We look forward to welcoming Dr. McLaughlin and our honored guests to this important event. Join us as we come together to learn, support, and continue the fight against breast cancer. Nancy
