In Memoriam
Ryan McCoy, Rotary Club of North Cobb

The Rotary Club of North Cobb is saddened to announce the loss of our Club President, Ryan McCoy, on Christmas Day, December 25, 2021. Ryan suffered a heart attack a week earlier and did not recover.

Ryan joined North Cobb Rotary in November 2020. Ryan always had a Rotarian’s heart. Upon joining, Ryan immediately engaged in Rotary projects, often involving his daughter Maddie. In June of 2021 Ryan was recognized as North Cobb Rotary’s “Newcomer of the Year” and was chosen by the Club as President Elect.  When the need arose this November, Ryan accelerated his preparation and assumed the role of President of North Cobb Rotary seven months ahead of schedule.  Ryan loved serving his Club and helping those in need, young and old, in our community.

North Cobb Rotarians are deeply saddened to lose this fine man. He will be sorely missed. Ryan’s family is in our prayers.
