Rotary Shares What We Do with Local Kiwanians

The Rotary Club of Atlanta Southern Crescent presented a program on "What is Rotary" to the Jonesboro Kiwanis Club, conducted by Claudia Mertl. The Kiwanis Club gave a program about Kiwanis to our Rotary Club, conducted by Kiwanian President David Knowles. Both Clubs learned a lot about the two organizations, reunited with friends in the community, and met new friends. It is a wonderful way to get to know each other better and plan future meetings and projects. Rotarians Tom and Claudia Mertl are pictured here with Kiwanians Lou Hisel (VP), Susan Johnston (Program Coordinator) and Karl Johnston (Secretary).
