From Our District Governor
Welcome to Our New Rotary Year!

I’m truly honored to serve as your District Governor for 2025–2026. As we begin this exciting new Rotary year, I want to extend heartfelt thanks to DG Gordon Owens and the 2024–2025 leadership team for their outstanding service. Their vision, dedication, and commitment have built a strong foundation for us to build upon.

This year, guided by Rotary International’s message - "Unite for Good" - and the principles of the Rotary Action Plan, our focus will be on growing our impact, expanding our reach, enhancing participant engagement, and increasing our ability to adapt. Together, we will continue to serve our communities, continue our efforts to eradicate polio, empower youth, and strengthen clubs through strategic and forward-thinking leadership.

As we unite for good, we’ll also celebrate and do service projects with our "Service Heroes"—Rotarians, Teachers, Police, Fire, Medical, Mental Health, and Military personnel, who go above and beyond in service to others each and every day. I encourage each club to recognize and lift up these everyday champions of Rotary values. I encourage all club members to actively participate in their club and join teams and committees to help carry out the meaningful work that Rotarians are known for.

A proud member of the Rotary Club of Peachtree City since 2001, I’ve had the privilege of serving in many Rotary roles and strive to do as many service projects as I can.  I have especially enjoyed many of our literacy and youth programs and seeing our young leaders thrive and develop.  After careers in the U.S. Marine Corps and corporate leadership, I now dedicate myself fully to Rotary and community service. With the support of my wife Anna and our daughters Kayla and Claire, I’m energized to help our clubs thrive.

My focus is to serve you all alongside an amazing district leadership team. I will support each and every club to the best of my ability. The district team will do the same so please reach out to any of us if you have any questions or need any support. I will mainly communicate with the entire district via monthly District newsletters and with direct emails to area governors and club leadership teams so you are not overwhelmed with too many emails.  As needed, I may send all district emails.

Let’s make 2025–2026 a year of purpose, unity, and meaningful impact—together.
