Connie began Mary Kay Cosmetics in 1991 and became an Independent Sales Director in 1998. Expert in Age Fighting Skincare, Color application, and training women in business & leadership skills. She Earned 2 Mary Kay Cars, 7 Diamonds rings and many prizes through the years like private MK parties at Universal California & the Atlanta Aquarium. Connie has a Degree in Voice performance & 20 years teaching Ballet, Modern Dance & Jazz.
Originally from NC, she grew up in California and finished her education in Georgia where she married Jeff Durham and raised 3 now grown kids. She serves as an active part of her church through the Music Program, Teaching Children, & leading the Women's Ministry at her church in Fayette County.

They worked with family at Mom & Dad’s in Tallahassee until they moved to Thomasville in 1977. After 40 years of business, Mom & Dad’s Restaurant continues to thrive, thanks to its longtime customer base and loyal staff. We are a purveyor of homemade Italian recipes to Thomasville and the surrounding cities. Danilo, his wife, Anna, and their children, Anthony and Daniella, who can be found in the restaurant every morning and night, carry on that tradition. Mom & Dad’s is one of three family-owned restaurants, with a location in Valdosta, Georgia, owned by Massimo Pistelli, his wife Cindy, and his children Giuseppe and Vito, and a Mom & Dad’s restaurant in Lady Lake, Florida, owned by Danilo’s cousin Elaina Tucker
and her family. Mom & Dad’s in Tallahassee has been sold and is no longer affiliated with our family and its long history, previously owned by Danilo’s aunt and uncle, Diana and Gary McLean, who are now retired and living in Tallahassee.
Family legacies and traditions still are found in all three Mom & Dad’s. We believe in the wonderful fellowship that a handcrafted meal can create and we are dedicated to providing our customers with quality service in an environment that feels like home. Members and their families are invited to congregate at a designated Rotarian driveway for fun and connection. Bring your own chairs, snacks and beverage of choice. We will practice social distancing and limit the driveway party to up to 12 people. We currently have one location to host up to twelve people for the August event. If you are interesting in being a host for a second site, please reply to Ford below and let him know, in addition to RSVP’ing for the event. Dave founded "End Human Trafficking Now" in 2012 with the goal to bring awareness and action, these include Business Engagement, Effective Law Enforcement and Sustaining Freedom though empowering survivors. In 2013 Dave was appointed worldwide Vice Chair of Rotarians Against Slavery with the mission to engage 1.2 million Rotarians and 35,000 clubs on over 200 counties to take on the issues of ending modern day slavery. Dave serves on Georgia’s Statewide Taskforce as workgroup chair “Deterring Traffickers and Buyers” though Business Engagement.
Dave received Rotary International’s “Service Above Self” award for Devotion and exemplary efforts that embodies Rotary’s moto Service Above Self. Dave was Appointed to the GRACE Commission by the Georgia’s First Lady Marty Kemp in 2019 to represent Rotary.

Internship, Residency and Infectious Disease Fellowship at Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. Dr. Diaz
joined Metro Infectious Disease Consultants, the largest Infectious Disease Group in the country, in 2017. She
currently works as an Infectious Disease Consultant for Southern Regional Medical Center and Piedmont Hospital
System. Dr. Diaz is also the Medical Director of Infection Prevention and Antimicrobial Stewardship for those
institutions. She is a member of the Infectious Disease Society of America. She currently offers her services inpatient,
in the clinic setting and via telehealth. Dr. Diaz frequently acts as a medical detective, called in to evaluate and oversee challenging cases,
difficult diagnoses and infections not responding to treatment. Her special interests are fever of unknown origin, skin and soft tissue
infections, fungal infections and HIV. Since the COVID pandemic started, Dr Diaz, has been in charge of hundreds of patients with severe
COVID infection. She coordinates their early isolation, rapid testing, research-backed drug treatments, and at the same time, makes sure
to prevent the spread of the infection inside the hospital to the rest of the health care workers.

He received his Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Memphis and has 18 publications and over 53 conference presentations focusing on issues such as death and dying, domestic violence, and elder abuse.
