FAMILY OF ROTARY
Our membership cares deeply about the needs and concerns of our members. We don’t want to miss an opportunity to reach out in friendship when such concerns arise. The chairperson of this committee is Lynn Dunn and all news should be directed to her at lynn.dunn@rmcpa.com
Fellow Rotarians-
I hope that everyone enjoyed our speaker last week. I know that I thought Monika did a wonderful job and I look forward to this week's speaker.
Please remember Christmas gift donations for this week- this is the last meeting to bring them!
If everyone would please help our Christkindl Market, it is greatly appreciated! We are getting amazing attendance and coverage, and I believe that we have started a great tradition to continue for years to come!
Please remember to sign up for our Christmas Party which is this December 8th. It is also the first night of Hanukkah!
All the best,
Alex

Roswell Rotary After Hours will gather one more time in 2023 for a special holiday meeting tonight! The club has "adopted a family" and each member has purchased a toy or two off of a local family's wish list to help brighten their holiday season. While all toys have been accounted for, the club is accepting additional donations to purchase grocery/gas gift cards for the mom. Venmo Natalie at @Natalie-Cook-37 if you would like to contribute! Be sure to put "Roswell Rotary Adopt-A-Family" in the memo.
Additionally, our very own John Connell's mother, Mary Margaret, will be the guest speaker! Having worked as both a criminal attorney and an advertising & marketing executive, Mary Margaret will share her unique "Top 10" careers tips.
After the meeting, the club will have dinner at a local establishment! Please note the meeting location change--see you at the Gate City Backhouse!
Annual Holiday Party is at the Christkindl Market at Bulloch Hall this year!
Check out video of party venue. Very Cool! (Thanks Joe Mazzeo)

Bring a smile to a child’s face this holiday season by donating toys and gift cards. Toyland Shop provides toys and gifts to local children in need at the holidays. At NFCC’s Toyland Shop, unwrapped, donated toys are arranged so parents can pick out their child’s holiday gifts. Last year, the program served more than 1300 children in our community!
The Toyland Shop Toy Drive is collecting new, unwrapped toys for children from ages 0-18. Please do not forget to keep our teenage clients in your hearts this year. We often see less toys donated for this age group. The most popular items for teens continues to be gift cards. We are requesting gift cards in increments of $35 from major retailers such as Target, Walmart and Amazon.
Please bring an unwrapped toy or gift card to Rotary on December 7th.
