Two initiatives designed to keep members updated on club activities and projects are Bainbridge Rotary Update and Rotabain. The Bainbridge Rotary Update is forwarded to members before the weekly meeting. The update previews the program for the week as well as provide information about club activities. Rotabain is sent out at least monthly and includes a listing of club information including member birthdays, meeting topics, activities, and service projects. It is designed to keep all members, including those who are unable to make weekly meetings, updated on all club activities.
