Our Rotary Councils
Cobb Council Connections Do Good in the World

Cobb Rotary Council had its bimonthly meeting in August. We enjoyed remarks from speakers D6900 Past District Governor (and twice President of Smyrna Rotary Club) Roy Strickland, the Extension's Renne McCormick and Rotarian Jessy Paterson, PR Chair of the North Cobb Rotary Club. The council represents seven clubs: North Cobb, East Cobb, South Cobb, Marietta Metro, Marietta, Smyrna and Vinings/Cumberland. We meet to discuss ideas, projects and more. For instance, several of these clubs will be participating on a Global Grant for Bangladesh led by the North Columbus Rotary Club and organized by Dr. Shamim Khan.
