The Rotary Club of Marietta is out ringing bells this holiday season as a proud sponsor of the Cobb Douglas Salvation Army. At a recent club meeting, the club presented a check for $2,500 to the Salvation Army - part of the proceeds from the club's annual golf tournament - and took time to thank Salvation Army Lt. Valentin, Deborah Marshall and Michelle Miller for all their hard work. Then, with the help of the Salvataion Army Band, the club sang happy birthday to four club members - Jim Trapnell (age 91), Adele Grubbs, Jim Speed and John Knox. Jim was also recognized for 15 years of loyal service to MUST Ministries.
