#WearBlueDay was established by the US Dept of Homeland
Security and is a way to help raise awareness of the Human Trafficking crisis
in the US and around the world. As we have learned over the years through
the End HT Now platform, human trafficking happens everywhere – rural areas,
cities and even in our affluent suburbs. It can also happen to anyone –
regardless of gender, age, race, immigration status or socioeconomic
status. This is now considered one of the fastest growing crimes in
America. Peachtree City Rotarians all wore our #RotaryBlue to shine a light on this crisis and
to help show our support of the victims and survivors!
