Rosalyn Putnam, Executive Director of Leadrship Perimeter

Join us this Friday at the AC Hotel to welcome Rosalyn Putnam, Executive Director of Leadership Perimeter, a community leadership nonprofit that has been serving the region since 1986.

Before venturing into the nonprofit space, Rosalyn spent most of her career in the luxury hospitality industry, overseeing various aspects of the hotel business with an emphasis in sales and marketing. Her earliest days were shaped in her hometown and “Entertainment Capital of the World,” Las Vegas, working in some of the largest hotels in the world.

After experiencing several career milestones and a desire to follow in her father’s footsteps, she took on several international assignments that allowed her to live as an expatriate in the Middle East and Africa. One of Rosalyn’s fondest memories was in Doha, Qatar, where she served as Head of Brand Experience, supporting 300 employees representing over 100 nationalities in preparation for World Cup 2022.

After making a decision to transition back to the U.S., her mindset for serving others took on a different shape as she embarked on a new journey to more purpose-driven work with a local non-profit. After her first year with that non-profit - formerly Leadership Sandy Springs - Rosalyn spearheaded a complete rebrand of the organization to Leadership Perimeter, expanding the footprint of the program and amplifying their impact by attracting a broader spectrum of participants and supporters.

On a personal note ... While Rosalyn has a passion for international travel and culture, she now spends most of her time exploring all that Atlanta has to offer, including eating her way through Buford Highway restaurants and spending way too much time in her garden at home in Sandy Springs.
