District Governor Supports Local Lions' Club in North Atlanta

At a North Atlanta Rotary Club meeting last month, Rotary District 6900 Governor Andre Marria purchased fruit to support a North DeKalb Lions' club fundraising project. On either side of Governor Marria, holding bags of tangos picked in Georgia, are Rotarians Barbara Bush and Jon Yaeger.  Yaeger is also a member and this year's president of the North DeKalb Lions club. The "sister" Rotary and Lions clubs frequently interact on projects and initiatives.  For example, not shown were shoes collected on the same day by Rotarians for the Lion's Soles 4 Souls philanthropy. 

Teamwork makes the dream work!
