District Grants Support Remote Learning and Our Veterans

The Griffin Daybreak Rotary Club used its District Service Grant to donate 10  educational tablets to the Fairmont Community Center computer lab. The presentation of the tablets took place during a Spalding County Board of Commissioners meeting. Daybreak Rotary President Janet Wilkerson with club Rotarians presented the tablets to Renee Simon, Fairmont Community Center Supervisor.

The Rotary Club of Senoia directed its District Grant to Operation Tackle Box in support of our Veterans! Operation Tackle box’s mission is to help our veterans heal through fishing and help them get on track with their benefits they are entitled to. Taking veterans on camping trips, fishing tournaments, fishing expos, and anything else we can provide to help our warriors!
