Join the 10th Annual Peachtree City Dragon Boat Festival
The 10th Annual Rotary Club of Peachtree City Dragon Boat Festival is scheduled for Saturday, September 23, 2017, and you will not want to miss it. Featuring teams from different communities and countries, the excitement is sure to thrill. New races and events will highlight the day.
The Rotary Club of Peachtree City would like to challenge other Rotary Clubs to join the fun!
No experience is required. The Rotary Club of Peachtree City provides experienced coaches to ensure your paddling experience is safe and fun. We will train participants the weekend before the race.
The Festival is a fantastic way to support our communities. The 2017 Charity Partners are: Bloom Our Youth, Breast Cancer Survivors’ Network, Midwest Food Bank and Fayette Council on Domestic Violence (DBA Promise Place). If you have a desire to help these amazing nonprofits join the festival with a team, as a sponsor or as a vendor. It would be great to have some Rotary Club teams there to compete against each other All you need is 11 or 12 Rotarians, co-workers, or friends that want to have a fun time and support a good cause.
