Stone Mountain Volunteers Visit DeKalb Schools for READ ACROSS AMERICA

The National Education Association (NEA) Read Across America Day is a nationwide reading celebration that takes place annually on March 2 - the birthday of children's author Theodor Seuss Geisel, lovingly known to millions as Dr. Seuss. Several Stone Mountain Rotarians supported Read Across America Celebrations in March by stopping by some DeKalb elementary schools. Students at Smoke Rise Elementary, Jolly Elementary and Stone Mountain Elementary enjoyed having the members read out loud to them.
